About me
I am more of a generalist than a specialist and have many years of experience and profound knowledge in all aspects of business development in pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. As a former leader in international corporations and research oriented biotech companies, most recently as managing director, I feel at home in both, global matrix organizations and in small and medium-sized companies.
With more than 20 years of specialist, management and consulting expertise, I have developed a high level of social skills and role flexibility and support companies, for example in leading cross-functional Business Development & Licensing teams, in complementing management teams as Interim Chief Business Offer (CBO), as Business Coach, moderator or as Trainer.
For my coaching and career consulting clients I am a neutral, competent consultant, coach, mentor and sparring partner who provides new insights and impulses and who also knows difficult professional situations from own experience.
