With more than 30 years of experience in the international life sciences industry and around 15 years of coaching practice, I combine strategic clarity and entrepreneurial thinking with strong communication skills.

My journey has taken me from product management and marketing at international corporations such as Zeneca and Monsanto, to strategic business development in biotech companies, and ultimately to Senior Director BD&L Biopharma and Senior Director Alliance Management at Sandoz International.

Since 2010, I have been bundling this expertise in my own consultancy, grupe impuls.  As a certified systemic coach, team coach, and NLP Master, I support pharmaceutical and biotech companies in developing specialists and leaders, as well as in building and managing strategic partnerships. I also support private clients in shaping their professional development and have successfully guided more than 200 clients through their career transitions.

With a PhD in Biology and my own leadership experience in corporate environments as well as start-up and scale-up companies, I understand the challenges of both science and industry from personal experience and combine this understanding with profound coaching expertise. Whether it is about implementing best practices in business development or alliance management, effectively leading cross-functional teams, or finding and successfully securing the right next job: I know the levers for success in the life sciences sector and understand the dynamics of different corporate cultures.
