Teambuilding

High-performing teams are not created by methods alone,  they thrive on clarity, deep trust, and a shared understanding of core values.

I guide leadership, project, and cross-functional teams in pharma and biotech companies to build resilient, productive collaborations and foster a genuine team spirit.

Drawing from my own experience as a Senior Director of Alliance Management, I know how quickly friction can arise at the interfaces of international matrix structures or when collaborating with external development partners. Through targeted team coaching, aligning diverse corporate perspectives, and tailored teambuilding workshops, we create a culture of open communication.

This enables us to detect simmering conflicts early on, resolve them sustainably, or prevent them altogether through clearly defined roles. The result is highly efficient teams that reduce complexity and achieve shared business goals with ambition and a true spirit of partnership.

With 25 years of industry experience and 15 years in leadership roles, I know the reality:
  • Ambitious goals with limited resources
  • Tensions in matrix structures
  • Conflicting objectives between functions
  • Time pressure, investor expectations, and pipeline risks

High-performing teams are not characterized by continuous peak performance, but rather by:

  • Clear roles and responsibilities
  • Open and respectful communication
  • Constructive conflict management
  • The ability to make decisions even with incomplete information
  • Mutual trust

I work in a practical  way  through team sparring, facilitated leadership roundtables, and individual coaching.

The goal is to strengthen teams so that they remain stable, capable of action, and high-performing even in challenging situations.
